About Us
MNLUA's Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance
The Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad has been set up with the sole intention to function as a premier research Centre in the state and the country. The Constitution is the grund norm in today's modern democracies and every person irrespective of their occupation must be aware of their constitutional rights and duties.
The Constitution is the foundation of all laws, and it is trite to suggest that a law school must emphasize on teaching the Constitution, not just in the classroom, but outside it too. With this in mind this Centre operates with the objective to fuel an academic interest of the students in the discipline by providing them with a platform to read and learn from minds all across the country without any restrictions or obstructions. The Centre further intends to conduct empirical and doctrinal research in topics of social and civil importance across the country.
