The Centre in collaboration with the Moot Court Association of MNLU Aurangabad is proud to organize the 1st MCA-CCLG Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023 for the students of the batch of 2022-27. The Novice Moot Court Competition will serve as an opportunity for the students of the fresher batch to experience first-hand the intricacies of a Moot Court Competition and prepare them for participating in various National and International Moot Court Competitions during their five years of law school. Moot Court Competitions are a popular platform for budding law professionals to understand the fine nuances of mooting. The process helps law students develop a deep understanding of the policies and procedures followed in a court. MCA promotes all aspects of mooting and trial advocacy at Maharashtra National Law University Aurangabad.
The Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance feels privileged to be given an opportunity for organizing an event that holds so much significance in the academic experience of the law students and hopes to organize more such events in the future.
