Theme: Ozone Layer and Sustainable Practices, 2030.
The Centre for Constitutional Law and Governance organized its first event after inception in the form of a Workshop on World Ozone Day on September 16th, 2022. The workshop was conducted in a hybrid form wherein students had assembled in Room No. 3 of the Centre of Excellence Building of MNLU Aurangabad while the speakers had joined in virtually. The lectures were delivered by Shri Prof. Dr. M.K. Ramesh, Former Professor of Law at NLSIU Bangalore and Shri Dr. Shrinivas Ravindra, Executive Director at Centre for Sustainable Development, Bengaluru. Students from all five batches were present during the workshop that was very informative and enriching considering the modern-day issue of depletion in the ozone layer and the catastrophic rise in global temperatures. The workshop was hosted by Avdhesh Parashar of the class of 2024 and the vote of thanks was delivered by Md. Yusuf Hayath, the Faculty Convenor of the Centre.
